This project is located on the city’s west side, one block to the north of Fairville Boulevard. Fairville Boulevard is a four-lane commercial corridor extending one mile in length that parallels the region’s highway network. The area is generally mixed with retail and service-related uses along Fairville Boulevard, transitioning to primarily residential uses to the north.

The land of the project remains perched on a hillside, visible to traffic from both Fairville Blvd.
